Just a quick update, after 6+ months witnessing around Portland, Oregon, we have handed out over 1450 fliers to people. It is truly blessed and has been a great blessing to us.
We can feel the anointing of the Lord as we go about His business. When we first started witnessing, we were afraid of what may happen. It turns out that witnessing is not frightening at all. People say “thank you”, or “no, thank you”; it’s not like that many people get into arguments with us or anything like that.
The enemy would like us to believe that it is scary to witness, but really it’s a great blessing for all.
We’ll be updating the blog again regularly.
God bless you all to the utmost. Feel free to comment!
I just found an article on Revelations and the Endtimes from the Biblical Research Center. The Holy Spirit has helped me to recognize that these guys at BRC have a very solid understanding of scripture, and their articles on biblical topics can definitely be trusted.
I hope that this link to the article is helpful for whoever wants to understand where we are at now in the endtimes and what will be happening over the next 50-100 years. I very strongly believe that we are very close to the Day of Judgment now; it may not come in our lifetimes, but definitely within the next 100 years, I believe.
Some people say “people have been saying that all throughout time”, but 95% of the prophecies in Revelations have come to pass now, and there is only a little bit left to come. There is no better yardstick to show where we’re at today than the prophecies contained in the book of Revelation.
God bless you all to the utmost. Feel free to comment!
Here is an article from the Biblical Research Center in PDF format about salvation – it talks about what new believers need to know when they accept Jesus Christ into their hearts.
Many people today present a message other than the truth of the Gospel – Which is that once you are saved, you then need to study the Bible in-depth and fellowship with other believers, and thereby bring yourself to a place where you are able to do good works in Jesus’ name. If you do not do good works, your faith is dead.
Even so faith, if it hath not works, is dead, being alone.
James 2:17
We are called to walk just as Jesus walked, to take up our cross and follow Him. If you consider just sitting in a church pew one day a week for a few hours to be your necessary service to God, you are going to be very, very surprised and disappointed (even horrified) at what the Lord Jesus has to say to you on the Judgment Day.
I really recommend checking out this PDF file. It could change your whole life to serving God aright.
God is leading me to begin to get ready to street preach in Portland. I’ve handed out fliers here for the last month and a half, I’ve handed out about 800 or so now. People have been very courteous about it. I feel that people need to hear the Good News so that they can be saved and walk well with Jesus Christ. I believe that we’re called to do the works of God while we’re on the Earth.
God created this creation for a reason – to see who his children among the human race were. We did something before this age for which the only payment could be eternal damnation. But God loved us so much that He sent His Son to pay the price for our transgression. Now we can be saved by Jesus Christ. Jesus tells us to take up our cross, and do His will for us, and to never take our hand off of the plough.
God is leading me now to intersperse some street preaching into my ministry. I’m finding that I’m handing fliers to many of the same people now. Portland is a relatively small town, with only so much territory to cover where people are more receptive to receiving fliers.
God is leading me now to street preach, and eventually to travel the country street preaching, much as Saide from Youtube does, whose videos I have posted on this site. I know that God will provide all for me which I need – food, clothing, shelter – I’m not worried about that. I’m actually really pumped up about the idea of traveling preaching, and of preaching here in Portland. God is good.
If anyone has any comments, feel free to post! God bless you all to the utmost.
Here is an interview with Brenda and Solomon, who have been preaching in Times Square in New York for a very long time.
These long-time preachers are very inspiring for new street preachers. I intend to street preach at some point, and I’m looking forward to when I will be doing it. God bless you all to the utmost.
This brother in Christ preaches on important topics – What is most important in our lives? Having a relationship with God! He talks about this topic within the framework of a discussion on whether Christians should practice yoga. My belief is that God Himself can heal any ailment that we have very easily, so what need is there for such demonic practices. There is no need for them. I hope you appreciate what is said in this video.
Yoga involves meditation, which is not a Biblical concept. Nowhere does Jesus tell us to meditate. It is a demonic practice, which is very dangerous for Christians.
God bless you all to the utmost, God’s peace and love be with you.
